TRACE update: new data available

The National observatory on health and environmental impacts of contaminants (NOHEIC) announces the enhancement of its interactive dashboard TRACE – Tableau de bord des rejets d’agents contaminants et de l’environnement (Dashboard of contaminant releases and the environment). This update includes the addition of a section comparing data on metal, gas, and particle concentrations in the air relative to air quality standards and criteria.
Without replacing the role of the Quebec government in regulatory compliance, the TRACE dashboard allows users to view measured concentrations in relation to reference thresholds, providing a clear picture of air quality in Quebec. The tool also takes into account changes in benchmark values over time by linking measured data to the standards in effect at the time of sampling.
This update is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to better understand and analyze air quality.
