Director of NOHEIC
As the head of the NOHEIC, Daniel Proulx is responsible for the strategic leadership of the observatory. His role involves promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and ensuring the achievement of institutional objectives. He coordinates the scientific council of the NOHEIC and oversees the staff.
Data science research agent
Specialized in data analysis, Sébastien Rivest contributes to the dissemination and visualization of various datasets within the dashboard developed by the NOHEIC. He is responsible for compiling, formatting, and performing the statistical analysis required for the dissemination of essential knowledge on the environmental impacts of smelters.
Information management research agent
Caroline Trudeau supports the activities of the NOHEIC by ensuring effective information dissemination and management. Her responsibilities include communications related to NOHEIC events and news, monitoring of media coverage, as well as the creation and regular updating of the document catalogue on the impacts of contaminant emissions.
